- All transactions are processed in GBP (£).

Payment Confirmation & Invoice
- Once your payment is processed, you will instantly receive an email confirmation with your order number and details.
- A tax invoice (including VAT) will be included in your order confirmation email or can be requested separately.
Payment Processing & Timing
- Payment is taken immediately at the time of checkout.
- No orders are processed without successful payment authorization.
Taxes & VAT
- All product prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable under UK law.
- Registered VAT invoices can be issued upon request.
Payment Security
- All transactions are encrypted via SSL and processed using PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.
- We do not store full card data on our servers.
Order Verification Process
To prevent fraud, we may:

Payment Declined? What to Do
If your payment is declined:
- Ensure your card has sufficient balance
- Confirm your billing address matches your card
- Try another payment method or contact your bank

Promo Codes, Gift Cards & Discounts
- Only one promo code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
- Promo codes and gift cards must be entered at checkout — we cannot apply them retroactively.
- Discounts do not apply to shipping unless explicitly mentioned.
Refunds Related to Payments
- Refunds are only made to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days (Mon-Sat) after return approval or order cancellation.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us:
- We reserve the right to ban your account and restrict future orders.
- Please always reach out to our customer support to resolve any issues first.
Installments / Pay Later (Future Integration)
We currently do not offer Buy Now, Pay Later services like Klarna or Clearpay.
We may consider adding flexible installment options in the future.
Recurring or Subscription Payments
