1. What are Unbranded™ Whitening Strips?
Unbranded™ Whitening Strips are easy-to-use, at-home teeth whitening strips that help lift surface stains and brighten your smile gradually and safely.
2. How do the strips work?
Our strips contain active ingredients that gently break down stains on the enamel. You simply apply the strips to your teeth, leave them on for the recommended time, then remove and discard them.
3. How soon will I see results?
Most customers notice a visibly brighter smile after just a few uses. For best results, complete the full treatment as instructed.
4. Are Unbranded™ strips safe to use?
Yes — our strips are formulated within UK cosmetic safety limits and tested for safe use. Always follow the instructions and do not exceed the recommended usage.
5. How long should I wear the strips?
Wear each strip for the time stated on the product packaging — usually around 30–60 minutes per session. Never wear longer than directed.
6. Can I use the strips if I have dental work (e.g., crowns or veneers)?
Our strips work only on natural teeth and will not whiten crowns, veneers, fillings, or dentures. If you have dental work, consult your dentist before use.
7. How does delivery work?
We use the following Royal Mail services:
Royal Mail 24: Aims to deliver within 1 working day (Mon-Sat).
Royal Mail 48: Aims to deliver within 2–3 working days (Mon-Sat).
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within the UK.
9. Are the strips vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — our whitening strips are cruelty-free and contain no animal-derived ingredients.
10. Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available).

12. What ingredients are in Unbranded™ Whitening Strips?

13. Do the strips cause sensitivity?
Some people may feel mild sensitivity, which is temporary. If you experience discomfort, stop using and consult a dentist.
14. How should I store the strips?
Keep strips in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and pets.
15. Can I use them while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend you consult your dentist or doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
16. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payment methods, as shown at checkout.
17. What if I want to return my order?
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 60 business days (Mon-Sat). Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
18. What if my strips arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@tryunbranded.com with your order number and a photo so we can put it right.
19. Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us immediately if you need to change your order. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
